Special conditions
- Non-Omani workers (expats) who have previously worked in the Sultanate since the beginning of the Renaissance or before it
- Ambassadors accredited to the Sultanate of Oman and Omani ambassadors abroad
- Must have full knowledge of the field they are narrating about
- The elderly individuals with knowledge of the country's history and culture, as well as senior officials in the state, whether civilian or military, including sheikhs, notables, judges, governors, teachers, merchants, farmers, craftsmen, media professionals, intellectuals, skilled workers, and others
