This service enables engineering consulting offices, contracting companies, valuation companies, and auditing companies to get a registration certificate that qualifies them to provide their services in projects subject to the escrow account system for selling units off-plan through the e-platform of the Real Estate Development Services Center (Tatwir).

Special conditions
- Registered companies must have experience in managing projects subject to the off-plan sales system
- Registered companies must submit and draft the project's articles of association in terms of shared services and the share of the real estate unit separated from the project's land area
- The project escrow account must be managed and the actual completion rates of construction and building works must be linked
- The developer's records related to the escrow account and all documents related to the project must be examined, provided that everyone must have a commercial register in the required specialization
