This service enables you to enroll in the Entrepreneur Readiness Program to gain the knowledge and skills needed to establish or grow your business, manage its challenges, and get an Entrepreneur Readiness Certificate that qualifies you to access incubation and funding services.

Special conditions
- You must complete the entire programme (2–3 weeks) to access some Authority services, such as incubation and funding.
- You must be able to meet your financial obligations (adequate financial solvency).
- You must have a business idea or own a startup or an existing business.
