Special conditions
- The applicant must have a business idea, own a startup or existing enterprise, or practice an individual profession
- Priority is given to holders of the entrepreneurship card
- The applicant must meet the financing requirements of the Oman Development Bank ( financial solvency)
- Completing the program is required to access the Authority’s services, such as funding and incubation
