- - The applicant must be an Omani doctor. -To have a certificate in human medicine from an accredited university. -To have a certificate of completion of the concession program and it was not previously obtained for it for more than 12 months The certificate of completion of the concession program must be approved by the competent department in the Ministry of Health for those who obtained it from outside the Sultanate. A certificate of medicine must be approved by the Ministry of Higher Education, and it is verified from the Council of Certificates Equivalence in the Council; If the country of study is not the Sultanate of Oman. -If the language of study is in the College of Medicine without the English language, the applicant must have a total of (6.5) or more, provided that it is not less than (6.0) in each part in the IELTS test. Or what is equivalent to the tests.
