Special conditions
- The family members must be free from infectious diseases and behavioral disorders.
- The family must have a steady source of income that covers its needs.
- The family's place of residence must be suitable.
- One of the family members must be of Omani nationality.
- The family must be socially stable and able to meet the needs of the elderly based on the social research conducted by the department.
