Special conditions
- You must apply in person or appoint a representative with an official power of attorney.
- If the power of attorney is issued in the name of all heirs, they must all attend, either by video call or in person at the Notary Public Department. If any heir cannot join the video call, they will be sent a separate invitation link to complete the process.
