Special conditions
- The legal notification and the heirs' personal identification documents must be provided if the partition is among heirs
- The properties must not be under seizure
- Approval from the mortgagee must be obtained if the property is mortgaged
- A court decision or proof thereof must be provided if the partition is judicial
- All parties must be present if the partition is consensual
