Service steps

Special conditions

  • The legal notification and the heirs' personal identification documents must be provided if the partition is among heirs
  • The properties must not be under seizure
  • Approval from the mortgagee must be obtained if the property is mortgaged
  • A court decision or proof thereof must be provided if the partition is judicial
  • All parties must be present if the partition is consensual
