Special conditions
- All legatees must be identified on the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning platform before submitting the request
- In the event that there are minors among the legatees, they must be registered in the system through real estate registration offices and in the will issued by the court
- The cadastral plan (krooki) must be updated if necessary
- The property must not be subject to a lien
- If the property is mortgaged, a letter of approval from the mortgagor must be attached to transfer the mortgage to the legatees
