  • 1. Land ownership or lease contract
  • 2. A copy of the cadastral map
  • 3. A copy of the ID card
  • 4. A valid livestock possession card
  • 5. If it is a usufruct land, an economic feasibility study must be attached (for large productive farms) (another service that the applicant submits to the General Directorate of Agricultural and Fisheries Marketing)

Special conditions

  • 1. The investor must pay the membership fees for the Agricultural and Fish Development Fund, at the Fund’s headquarters, at the Ministry of Agriculture and Fish Resources, Water Resources, or in the General Directorates in the governorates before issuing the license
  • 2. Commitment to the distance of vital security (the distance between the project, the main roads, residential gatherings and other animal production farms)
  • 3. The presence of a veterinarian and animal production technician on medium and large productive farms.
