- A copy of the civil protection license for the warehouse
- A copy of the emergency plan
- A copy of the import permit for the material issued by the Department of Environment and Climate Affairs
- A copy of a valid vehicle ownership
- A copy of the contract concluded between the vehicle owner and the user of the material
