Special conditions
- • Payment of dues due from the previous contract, if any.
- The commercial register must be valid.
- Obtaining an evaluation of more than 50 in the renewal application form (the port manager is responsible for the evaluation).
- Approval of the port administration.
- Opinion of the competent directorate in the governorate (Fisheries Department).
- Opinion of the Fishing Ports Directorate.
- Approval of the Ministry's Auctions Committee.
