This service enables you to renew the lease contract with the Public Establishment for Industrial Estates - Madayn.

    Land for Service, Logistics, and Commercial Warehouse Uses

    Land designated for service activities, logistics activities, and commercial warehouses.

    Office Spaces / Knowledge Oasis Muscat

    Office spaces designated for office and administrative activities. The rental value does not include electricity consumption, maintenance services, or other services. Such charges shall be determined by the General Manager of the respective area.

    New Facilities and Buildings for Various Uses

    New facilities and buildings leased for various purposes. The rental value of the land area on which the facility is constructed shall be added.

    Existing Facilities and Buildings for Various Uses

    Existing facilities and buildings leased for various purposes. The rental value of the land area on which the facility is constructed shall be added, provided that the rental value shall not be less than the applicable value at the time this tariff comes into effect.

    oman-rial The rental value shall be determined by a decision of the Higher Committee based on the recommendation of the Committee.
