Special conditions
- The applicant must have a license to cultivate ornamental .plants and seedlings (nurseries)
- Place a small sticker on all seedlings in the nursery showing the name, type, variety and date of propagation.
- Tools and materials for nursery activities should be clean and stored in nursery stores.
- The investor must pay the Agricultural and Fisheries Development Fund contribution fees at the Fund's headquarters at the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries before issuing the license.
- The nursery owner is required not to cultivate or propagate prohibited species and varieties.
- The type of land for establishing the project must be agricultural and suitable for cultivation.
- The nursery area must not be less than 250 square meters allocated for the production of fruit seedlings only.
- The nursery area must not be less than 300 square meters allocated for the production of fruit seedlings, ornamental seedlings and forestry.
- Planning and designing the nursery land The nursery consists of the following main parts: - The external structure: canopies, columns, facades, doors and sides. - Interior design: shelves for placing seed bags and boxes.
- Providing greenhouses or shading nets with a height of not less than 3 meters.
- Placing a sign at the nursery site of an appropriate size showing the license number and the trade name of the project.
- Availability of an office, a bathroom and a storeroom to store nursery supplies and tools.
