Special conditions
- 1. The shop must have the equipment for storing seeds and seedlings
- 11. The investor must pay the contribution fees to the Agricultural and Fisheries Development Fund at the Fund's headquarters at the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries before issuing the license
- 2. The walls and floor must be smooth and free of cracks and protrusions
- 3. The shop doors must be tightly locked, not allowing dust and pests to enter
- 4. The temperature inside the shop must not exceed 28 degrees Celsius.
- 5. The seeds and seedlings must be stored on shelves.
- 6. They must be packed in containers that prevent the absorption of atmospheric moisture.
- 7. The shop area must not be less than 16 square meters.
- 8. The shop must have basic facilities such as a small warehouse
- 9. A trade name and logo must be determined for it and placed on posters and printed materials, and an appropriate sticker must be hung on each seedling prepared for sale, stating its scientific name and type.
