Special conditions

• 1. The applicant must have a previous license to sell and trade fertilizers and agricultural soil improvers at retail
• 10. The store floor is smooth, easy to clean, leak-resistant, and not cracked or cracked

• 9. There are no materials suitable for human and animal consumption in the store
