Special conditions
- 1. The applicant must have a renewed license to trade in flowers and natural plants.
- 2. The area of the shop must not be less than 16 square meters.
- 3. The shop must be close to agricultural roads so that it can be easily accessed to enable the disposal of seedlings.
- 4. It must have basic facilities such as an office and a warehouse.
- 5. A plan must be prepared showing its facilities and boundaries.
- 6. A trade name and a logo must be determined for it and placed on posters and printed materials, and an appropriate sticker must be hung on each seedling prepared for sale, stating its scientific name and type.
- 7. The sale must be limited to the types and varieties that are compatible with the environmental conditions in the Sultanate.
- 8. The investor must pay the contribution fees to the Agricultural and Fisheries Development Fund at the Fund's headquarters at the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries before issuing the license.
