- Payment service providers are subject to the conditions mentioned in the National Payment Systems issued by royal decree 8\2018 and the executive regulations of the Payment System Law 1\2019
- Banks, financing and leasing companies, exchange and transferring professions are subject to conditions in the Banking Law issued by royal decree 114\2000, its executive regulations and the circulars of the Central Bank of Oman
