Request Alimony Determination and Disbursement

This service enables you to submit a request to determine alimony, which the court decides on its own initiative or based on a request submitted by the guardian or trustee to the Sharia Court Department of the Primary Court (Estates Section) to determine a monthly or periodic alimony for holidays, study or treatment and disburse it in accordance with the provisions of Article (301) of the Civil Procedures Law.
