This service enables you to request approval from the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning for a new public utility route, such as for electricity, water, sewage or telephone lines, or a new facility.

Oman Post feesFees to be paid at Oman Post in all governorates except Muscat, where the service is provided through the "I’tamid" platform (Muscat Municipality) only for Muscat governorate.

Service form feesFees to be paid for the service form at Oman Post Office.
Service route feesFees to be paid for the service route for a service route up to 3 kilometers, and 5 OMR per kilometer for any length exceeding that.
