Special conditions
- The beneficiary of the support must be the owner of a car with a valid fish transport and marketing license from the Ministry in the case of requesting a refrigerator only. However, in the case of requesting a container only, a transport and marketing license is not required
- If the beneficiary requests both the container and the refrigerator, he will be exempted from the requirement to obtain a license to transport and market fish, provided that the license will be issued to him later after installation
- The beneficiary of the support must undertake to implement the conditions and specifications stipulated in the regulations relating to the specifications of vehicles for transporting and marketing living aquatic resources
- The support is granted once during the support period stipulated in Condition 5 (the support is a container, a refrigerator, or both)
- The beneficiary of the support may not dispose of the box or refrigerator within five years except with written approval from the competent directorate (General Directorate of Fisheries Resources Development
- The beneficiary of the support must commit to implementing the provisions of the Marine Fishing and Aquatic Wealth Protection Law, its executive regulations, and the decisions implementing it
- The beneficiary of the support must not have been convicted of violating the marine fishing law during the last two years before his eligibility for support was determined
- The Ministry has the right to take the necessary measures to ensure that the beneficiary of the support does not dispose of the boat, ship, equipment, devices, or supplies that he obtained through the support
- Support is granted according to the priority of requests that meet the stipulated conditions. Support may not be transferred to another person except in the event of death, in which case it belongs to one of the heirs who fulfills the conditions for granting support based on the agreement of all other heirs in the event of multiple people and with the approval of the Ministry
