Request Course Retake for Regular Student
This service enables the regular student to improve their GPA if it does not qualify them to progress to higher diploma or bachelor's studies by allowing them to retake up to 3 courses in which they earned a grade of (C) or lower from the same level.

Special conditions
- The student is allowed to retake up to two courses in the diploma program, or one course in the higher diploma or bachelor’s program
- The student must have successfully completed all level requirements
- The student's GPA must be insufficient for progressing to the next level (e.g. from diploma to advanced diploma)
- The student must have passed some courses with a grade of (C) or lower
- The student must not have started on-the-job training
