Request Debtor's Imprisonment Order
This service enables you to submit a request to imprison the debtor if they refuse to comply with the judgment despite their proven ability to pay or in case of a risk of fleeing the country, in accordance with Article (418) of the Civil and Commercial Procedures Law.
