Request Disqualification of Judges

This service enables one of the parties or their legal representatives to submit a request to dismiss or remove a judge from considering the case, which is submitted to the court secretariat, including the reasons for dismissal or removal, after paying a guarantee of (200 OMR) (two hundred Omani riyals), in accordance with the provisions of Articles (142 and 149).
