Request Economic Concentration
This service enables the submission of a request for any action that results in the total or partial transfer of ownership of assets, shares, quotas, usufruct, rights, or obligations from one person to another, or the establishment of alliances, mergers, or the combination of two or more managements into a joint management, which would result in making a person or a group of people dominant, either directly or indirectly.

Required documents
- copy of the articles of association
- The fee payment receipt
- The additional documents
- copy of the registration or commercial incorporation documents
- copy of the activity license issued by the competent authorities
- copy of contract of the economic focus
- copy of the annual audited financial statements
- Copies of reports, studies and questionnaires prepared for the purpose of assessing the economic focus
- the external approval for economic focus
- The internal approval for economic focus
- A report on the assets and volume of the applicant's business outside

Special conditions
- The ministry requests the economic concentration request and checks if the required documents are complete and accurate
- The concerned parties are prohibited from taking any action during the ninety-day period specified in Article (11) of the Executive Regulation of the Competition and Anti-Monopoly Law
- The economic concentration study is submitted to the minister for opinion and to make a decision on the request, either for approval or rejection
- The center examines the request in terms of its subject (conducting a subjective review)
