Request for Criminal Judgment Reconsideration
This service allows you to submit a petition for reconsideration, filed with the court registry, by the Public Prosecution, the convicted individual, or their legal representative concerning final judgments imposing penalties in felony and misdemeanor cases, in accordance with Articles (268), (270), and (272) of the Penal Code.

Special conditions
- The request must be submitted to the Public Prosecution, accompanied by an original copy of the judgment issued in the original case and the original evidence. It must also be signed by a lawyer authorized to practice before the Supreme Court if the request is filed before that court.
