Request Investment Enforcement
This service enables you to submit a request to enforce a judgment, settlement agreement, court order, payment order, petition order, foreign judgment, or judicial documents. The request is submitted by the judgment creditor to the court that issued the judgment or to the court where the enforcement is taking place.

Special conditions
- Attendance is required either in person or through a representative, such as a lawyer or legal agent, along with presenting the judgment including the writ of execution.
- The requirements outlined in the Civil and Commercial Procedures Law must be observed when submitting the request.
