Request Judicial Assistance
This service enables the plaintiff to submit a request to the court's secretariat handling the case including the supporting documents for the request, in accordance with Ministerial Decision No. 91/2009 regarding the Regulation Governing Judicial Assistance for Insolvent Persons.
