Request Labor Enforcement
This service enables you to request the enforcement of a judgment, settlement agreement, court order, payment order, petition order, foreign judgment, or judicial documents. The request is submitted by the judgment creditor to the court that issued the judgment or to the court where the enforcement is taking place, provided that the judgment is accompanied by its writ of execution.
