- The service is available only in Muscat Governorate
- The service is provided to homeowners, both citizens and residents, for residential properties up to two floors only
- The service does not include government facilities such as schools, hospitals, or government offices, nor commercial establishments such as companies, commercial residential centers, or institutions, nor private properties rented to companies or institutions
- There is a direct pest damage, which will be regulated administratively and legally
- The relevant department will determine the feasibility of the service based on the specialist's visit and assessment
