Request Re-Register in the Lawyers Register
You can re-register an Omani lawyer in the Lawyers' Register in cases where they were previously transferred to the non-practicing list or removed from the register by decision of the Lawyers Admission Committee as a disciplinary action. The lawyer will be issued a new lawyer’s card upon establishing a new law firm, joining an existing firm, or affiliating with a civil law company.
