Special conditions
- The authority to consider the excuse presented for re-enrollment rests with the Director General of Scholarships, and the student is re-enrolled provided that there is no violation of the controls mentioned in the conditions.
- The student’s withdrawal or interruption from study must be for a period not exceeding (two academic semesters), such that this is considered a cessation of the validity of the scholarship.
- The student must submit supporting documents certified by the competent authorities explaining the reasons for dropping out of school.
