Special conditions
- The marriage contract must be issued starting from June 1, 2025. Contracts issued before this date will not be accepted.
- The applicant must be Omani and have never been married.
- The applicant’s age must not be less than (22) years, and not more than (45) years.
- The woman to be married must be of Omani nationality.
- The applicant’s total monthly income should not exceed (600) Omani riyals.
