Request to File Appeal Against Dismissal Decision by Public Prosecuto
The service enables the victim, the civil claimant, or their heirs to file an appeal against the decision to dismiss the investigation issued by the Public Prosecution before the Criminal Court or the Court of Appeals for Misdemeanors within (10) ten days from the date of notification, in accordance with Articles (126 and 127) of the Criminal Procedures Law.
