Request to Start Project Implementation
This service allows the citizen to obtain initial approval from the municipality to start the project after confirming the location of the land and the presence of cadastral marks for the plot, completing all procedures, and signing all necessary pledges.

Required documents
- Form for determining the route of landline telephone cables from Oman Telecommunications Company.
- Supervision letter from the engineering consulting office overseeing the project.
- A copy of the supervision agreement contract signed by both parties, the project owner and the supervising engineering consultancy office.
- A copy of the commercial registration papers of the company executing the project.
- A copy of the owner's personal ID.
- A copy of the residence permits for the company's labor supervisor.
- Work commencement application form
- The original building permit and the approved building plans
- A copy of the owner's ID card or passport
- A copy of the land ownership deed and the plot plan
- Project Data Sheet Form.
- Form for determining survey markers in the case of vacant land.
