Request to Unfreeze Real Estate
This service enables you to unfreeze real estate based on a court decision in cases of legal, civil, or commercial disputes or claims over ownership, the real estate owner's will, changes in planning requirements, a request from a governmental institution in the case of a loan, or the social housing law.

Special conditions
- The letter for unfreezing must be from the entity that placed the freeze on the property
- The freeze to be lifted must have already been registered on the property
- The unfreezing of the property is not general unless the letter specifies so; meaning, if it is not general, the freeze will only be lifted for the specific case
