Special conditions
- To submit a license request, the applicant must meet the following conditions: - Be an Omani national (although non-Omanis may also apply). - Be legally eligible and at least 25 years old. - Have a good reputation and no criminal record involving felonies or crimes related to honor or honesty, unless rehabilitated. - Not be an employee of the ministry, and not be associated with any kindergarten or private school with unresolved violations. - Have the necessary financial means to establish and operate an educational institution.
