Separate an Existing House or Deduct a Residential Unit
This service enables you to submit an application to separate an existing house or deduct a residential unit.

Required documents
- ID card
- A written pledge from the landowner to place a note in the title deed not to dispose of the house or plot of land except for residential purposes in accordance with the form prepared by the Ministry of Agricultural Wealth, Fisheries, and Water Resources
- Final approval for a housing loan
- A sketch plan of the house issued by accredited consulting offices showing the actual area, entrances, and roads leading to the agricultural land
- A letter from the landowner or his agent
- A copy of the ownership/graphic document
- A copy of a well inventory certificate (if there is a well)
