Special conditions
- The complainant must prove that there was communication or a complaint submitted to the concerned entity (commercial banks, financing companies or exchange companies) prior to submitting the complaint to CBO
- The beneficiary must provide a detailed, dated and signed letter, copy of the ID or commercial register, supporting documents and proof of prior communication with the concerned financial institution
