This service enables you to submit a request for land plot subdivision based on your proposed plan. This type of subdivision is used for simple projects that do not affect the provision of utilities or other services to the subdivided plots.

Special conditions
- Compliance with the planning requirements for land subdivision as stipulated in Annex (1) of the regulatory framework for land planning guidelines
- The area of a single mixed-use residential-commercial or commercial plot after subdivision must not be less than 400 square meters, while an industrial plot must not be less than 1,000 square meters, provided that the minimum required services are provided in accordance with the approved planning and industrial standards
- The residential plot area after subdivision must not be less than 300 square meters, provided that the minimum required services are provided in accordance with the approved planning standards and rates
- The subdivision must not result in separating existing buildings from their essential services
- Each subdivided plot must have direct access from an approved street, in accordance with planning standards
- The subdivision must comply with the approved planning standards
