Special conditions
- Both parties must be legally capable of making legal transactions, or their representative must have a valid power of attorney granting the authority to act (grant or acceptance of a grant) or based on a guardianship decision or a natural guardian.
- The property must be free from any lien or mortgage.

- The presence of both parties to the contract in person is required to complete the process.
- Both parties must be 18 years of age or older.
