Special conditions
- Update the survey plan (site sketch) if required.
- The property must be free from any seizure or mortgage, unless the mortgagee's consent is obtained, and must not be affected by any planning restrictions
- Both parties to the contract must be at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity to enter into legal transactions.
- Both parties to the contract (the Donor and the Donee) must be present, or their legal representatives acting under a valid Power of Attorney
- The gift deed is restricted to first-degree relatives only
