Submit a request for the separation or partial subdivision of a land plot
This service enables a property owner or their representative to request the separation of a portion of a land plot by submitting a subdivision project approved by a consultancy office, along with detailed drawings showing the part to be separated and any existing structures. The request will be approved based on the area's master plans and planning requirements.

Special conditions
- The residential plot area after subdivision must not be less than 400 square meters, ensuring the provision of minimum services as per the approved planning standards and rates.
- The area of a mixed-use residential-commercial or commercial plot after subdivision must not be less than 750 square meters, and an industrial plot must not be less than 1,000 square meters, ensuring the provision of minimum services as per the approved planning standards.
- The subdivision must comply with the planning pattern of the site, including specific plot requirements, defined areas, building types, and permissible building heights.
- Each subdivided plot must have direct access from an internal road within the subdivision boundary, with a width of no less than 15 meters, and the road must have been established prior to the subdivision.
- The total area allocated for services must not exceed 30% of the total area of the land plot to be subdivided.
- The subdivision must be in accordance with the general planning pattern and comply with the planning rules and regulations issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning.
