Submit a Request to Amend Construction Restrictions
This service enables the property owner or their representative to modify the planning requirements of their land. The property owner or their representative may request a modification of the planning requirements to align with the new planning aspects of the plot and the overall planning structure of the area, such as changing the height (Cadastral Plan Update service) or increasing the building-to-land ratio (Setback Modification service).
