Submit a Request to Remove the Effect on Land

This service enables you to update or cancel the cadastral plan (krooki) of a plot of land that has been affected and subsequently cleared of the impact. The impact may have been caused by natural factors, in which case the cadastral plan (krooki) is updated after the removal of the impact, or it is canceled if the land becomes unfit for construction and use. On the other hand, the impact may have been caused by human factors such as the extension of pipes or public utilities or the construction of a tunnel, and the cadastral plan (krooki) is updated after the removal of the impact or canceled if the land becomes unfit for construction and use. You are also entitled to file a claim for compensation for the impact through the "Claim for Compensation for an Affected Plot of Land" service.
