These include consulting, training, marketing, as well as support for incubated projects during their initial launch stages.

Special conditions
- Must be an Omani national. The applicant must pass the interview conducted by the committee responsible for accepting applications for the Authority's incubators. The owner of the enterprise or all partners in the company must be fully dedicated to managing the project full-time. The applicant must not be the owner or partner in any other company. The number of employees in the company must not exceed 4, including the applicant. The applicant must not be currently benefiting from, or have previously benefited from, any of the incubators run by other government entities. The employer must commit to the training and mentoring program if accepted. The application and the signed contract will be void if any of the above conditions are violated.
