- Liquidation is for records in the following legal forms: Public Joint Stock Company, Closed Joint Stock Company, Limited Liability Company, One-Person Company, Limited Partnership, Joint Stock Company
- The request is sent for verification in order to be approved. After approval, the company's status will change to (Under Liquidation) and the status cannot be returned to (Active) again
