Special conditions
- The applicant must have a valid vessel license.
- If the commercial register is individual, the applicant must have a valid profession license, and two years must have passed since the date of issuance of the fishing profession license.
- The applicant must obtain a no-objection letter for transferring the vessel license from the Director General of Fisheries Resources Development.
- The applicant must provide a letter of sale issued by a notary public to complete the sale and purchase process between both parties involved in the transaction.
- The applicant must meet the same conditions as a coastal fishing vessel license.
- The applicant must have a valid navigation permit.
