Transfer Archives to the Authority
This service enables the transfer of documents that have completed their retention period in the document storage locations of entities subject to the Archives and Records Law to permanent storage at the Authority.

Special conditions
- Obtaining the Authority’s approval for transfer
- The final status of the document in the transferred file must be as permanent preservation according to the retention period schedules and classification system
- The documents in the files to be transferred to the Authority must have met the intermediate preservation life span according to the preservation rule stipulated in the document retention periods schedules
- Verifying that the data included in the electronic archives transfer request form matches the archives to be transferred
- Matching file titles with those in the retention period tables
