Special conditions
- The beneficiaries’ records should not have any restrictions that prevent conducting transfer process electronically with accordance of traffic law’s terms and conditions.
- The seller should use their digital signature or authorize someone else to sign using PKI to request the vehicle ownership transfer and pay the service fees.
- The buyer must pay the online vehicle ownership transfer transaction fees and authenticate within 24 hours only. If the transaction period is expired, the seller should do the transaction again since it will be canceled.
- This service is available for transferring Vehicles with Plate number only.
- For individuals: private and commercial vehicles and motorcycles.
- For companies : commercial vehicles only.
- For companies: The person must be registered as one of the authorized individuals to sign in the company’s commercial registry with Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion.
- The Vehicle Registration must be valid.
- If authentication is done through a card reader, the seller must ensure that an active and verified phone number is registered in the Civil Status system to receive the OTP for confirming the first party's signature
- Insurance procedures must be done. (The vehicle insurance must be from the approved insurance companies)
- The Vehicle must pass technical Inspection.
