Special conditions
- The owner of the center must submit a transfer request.
- The applicant must be Omani or a citizen of one of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries.
- Must be at least 25 years old at the time of applying for the license and must have full legal capacity according to his country’s laws.
- Must not have been convicted of a disgraceful crime unless their reputation has been reinstated.
- Must not have been previously dismissed from government or private sector service unless 2 years have passed since the dismissal decision.
- Must hold a university degree or its equivalent from an accredited university or institution.
- must have the financial capacity to conduct the activity for which the license is being requested, proven by a bank certificate issued by one of the licensed banks in the Sultanate of Oman, and the competent authority will assess this capacity based on the nature and type of the activities and services for which the license is requested.
