To have a home license for a literal activity by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Investment Promotion. He has to join specialized professional training programs approved by the authority and successfully completed the course or has the practical experience that the authority appreciates. To manage and supervise the craft industry in support. Not to have previously been granted support during (2) two years before the application. To have a specific location to practice the craftsmanship of support.
